We have a certain connection and love for this piece. That is expressed through the color sequencing of the piece. Those colors are represented in the Heart On My Sleeve insignia. This piece was constructed from recycled fabrics and materials.The pictures reflect the development of this masterpiece but not the finished product. We wanted to provide the visual story of Desdemona. We worked outside in the Westlake Pavilion creating this piece.This was an open display of our love for fashion. Dedicated to fully exploring the potential of Merlot in Washington, Northstar produced its first wine in 1994. Each vintage has been crafted with a traditional Bordeaux red wine protocol with grapes chosen from key vineyard locations across the Columbia and Walla Walla Valleys. The 2005 vintage was crafted from a diverse selection of vineyards within the Columbia Valley. A blend of 80% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot, this rich, full-bodied wine is concentrated and yet elegant, with aromas of cherry, plum, raspberry, and blackberry, finishing off with flavors of toasted oak, vanilla, coconut, mint and toffee. The wine is presented in an etched and hand-painted double magnum.
