Description: Feeding sailors and feeding school kids may seem worlds apart, but not for 38 year old Seattle resident, Chef Amadeus Amador. Chef Amadeus started his love affair with cuisine close to the aprons of his Puerto Rican grandmother and his mother in Jacksonville, Florida. Cooking started in earnest when Chef Amadeus joined the US Navy and helped prepare as many as 450 meals a day for the ship’s crew and was exposed to many different cuisines. Once back in Florida, he worked with some of Jacksonville’s best chefs in fine dining establishments. Amadeus became so popular that restaurant guests would invite him to their own homes to prepare his own creations in their kitchens; this experience started Chef Amadeus’ career as a personal chef which he continues to work as today. Description: The moment you step into the Metropolitan Grill, you know you have entered a classic steakhouse. The Met is located in a historic building built in 1903 where guests enter through tall mahogany doors, under the bright green awning, to be greeted by tuxedo clad Maitre D's. Description: Pike Place Market's better restaurants tend to be well hidden, and if I didn't tell you about this one, you'd probably never find it. There's no sign out front -- only the pink door for which the restaurant is named (look for it between Stewart and Virginia). On the other side of the door, stairs lead to a cellarlike space, which is almost always empty on summer days when folks forsake it to dine on the deck with a view of Elliott Bay. What makes this place so popular is as much the fun atmosphere as the reliable Italian food. You might encounter a tarot-card reader or a magician, and most nights in the bar there's some sort of Felliniesque cabaret performer (accordionists, trapeze artists, and the like). Be sure to start your meal with the tangy olive tapenade. From there, you might move on to an Italian classic such as lasagna or something made with fresh seafood from the market.

The Eiffel Tower, as it’s known in English, was prominently featured in the film “A View To A Kill” where 007 has lunch with a French agent then chases Bond bad girl “Mayday” (Grace Jones) up the ironworks of the structure before she parachutes to the safety of a boat floating down The Seine. The tower was built between 1887 and 1889 for the World’s Fair by engineer Gustav Eiffel and until 1930 when it was surpassed by New York’s Chrysler Building, was the tallest structure in the world.

Another cameo location, featured briefly as an establishing shot in the film “Octopussy”, the Taj Mahal, located in Agra, India, is nearly 380 years old. It is made almost purely of Indian marble, one of the hardest substances on earth, ad was built as a mausoleum by Emporer Shah Jahan for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Due to its recent classification as a World Heritage Site it is not likely that it will feature prominently in any future Bond films.
